New public administration and policy Site, made with Xoops

e48.org has itself set the goal to introduce with Workshops and a Training-Server Xoops into the public administration and policy in Latinamerica. A first result is the web page of the argentine senator Celso Jaque (with 3 themes – I like the celso-02 theme-).
Further 30 themes are in preparation and will be published in some months in our Download-Section.
