XPETITIONS 1.20 RC1

I took time to change my XPETITIONS module for users of versions of XOOPS 2.5.x.
Little change in perspective, complete change of administration that it works with the "ModuleClasses" framework version 1.1., which gives a very clean and homogeneous administration.
This is a RC version because there's only me who have tested yet on XOOPS 2.5.5. So do not hesitate to send me your feedback.
