Blank Theme and Xoops-Styles Module

Two new design tools available to the community by XOOPS Design Team:

• Blank Theme, a theme is minimalist (but rich in features) with id and class different style sheets are not writed with the exception of the minimum for the structure.
• Xoops-Styles Module : from an original idea of Burning, this module based on the "Ghost" Module displays on the different page id and class used by Xoops. Convenient to forget nothing.
