Umfrage Polls module for XOOPS updated to 1.1

Ignacio Segura and Juan Calzado proudly present our upgraded version for Umfrage, a polls module forked from XOOPSPoll.

This new release adds the following features:

* You can limit the number of options a voter can mark in a multiple-choice poll.
* The voter can be notified by email that his vote has been properly saved.
* Cookie and IP voting restrictions optional.

Besides that, the module is now fully translated to Spanish.
