Techno Blue skin for XOOPS

Hi All!

I creating newer skin for XOOPS. Newer skin name is Techno Blue.
Skin is ready, I testing on Linux with Mozilla and Konqueror; on Windows with IE and Opera; and Mac with IE. I not found problem.
Skin working on my Xoops site: http://kesigomu.kyed.com

I now making package and then allow downloading Techno Blue skin every XOOPS user.
