AM Contact v0.04 released

| This is the first public beta release of AM Contact, a simple "contact us" module. I basically threw this module together as I've been getting increasing amounts of spam sent through other contact modules I've used.
As a result, this module has image captcha verification (this will need a little bit of tweaking for future releases as sometimes it's too hard to read), or you can use the Question & Answer verification instead - this presents the user with a simple, random question from a list that you can define in the admin area.
Hopefully, the verification should help cut down on spam submitted by bots.
