WireFrame,Opacity and CSS2.1 compliant XOOPS Theme

| I am working on a XOOPS 2.0.16 theme that is wire-frame based, css 2.1 compliant and uses opacity to allow items to look translucent.
I want to make the final product available to the XOOPS community but before I do so I would like ideas and comments from you regarding problems or features you might want in the base theme.
