Vitamin C: Now with more juice!

Vitamin C is a combination of module and admin theme for xoops 2.2.x series. It allows you to more easily manage modules and admin functions, giving you a "joomla" type gui.

This new version (version 3) now uses smarty templates and language constants making it a whole lot easier to personalise to your own sites.
I also tried a tabless css design, I partially got it done. The main problem is getting things looking right in both IE and firefox.
Vitamin C has myblocksadmin module from GIJoe integrated.
