MatrixForge Open Source portal launched

| I have launched MatrixForge as an Open Source project portal dedicated to open source projects from my own company (SOFTECHMATRIX). Several existing company projects will be moved to MatrixForge as well as several new projects that will be initiated in the not so distant future.
I'm also working (some finished, some underway) on Dutch translations for a few XOOPS modules (xHelp, xDirectory, AMevents) that I want to release asap. Those will be maintained on MatrixForge as well.
