XP-Weather 1.0 Module ARRIVES!!!

| XP-Weather is a module that allows XOOPS-based webmasters to install real-time weather information and 5 day forecasting information onto their web sites for the benefit of their registered and non-registered (if so chosen) users. Registered users also benefit from the ability to change the default setting to keep in view whenever they visit the site.
The information about weather closest to them. davidd has also done great work in upgrading the module with caching ability and other unintegrated functionality in previous betas.
