XP theme (updated)

This is the xoops XP theme with my own changes.
The changes i have made are:
Changed logo
added flash banner
small changes to CSS
start button image is now in english
updated code to work with xoops 2.0.14
.fla version of flash menu included (links need to be changed manually)
.png blank logo.
