Earth Day 2006 Special Theme

For the first time in quite some time, I made a new xoops theme. I wanted to release it on Earth Day, April 22, but couldn't make it. It's a simple aqua theme.

* It is written with HTML 1.0 Strict.
* The center block title is H1 and right/left block title is H2.
* The source is written to have the center column on the top, then the
left column, right column, and then the header on the bottom.
* The CSS file is underbar-hacked.
* Please download from artNOMAD.
