Well here I go again! On Buzzynet.com users get a free website + hosting (7Mb). An 8 year old should be able to build a website with Buzzynet. there is no need to install anything, just register and start building (after activation by admin).
I'm still working on a better integration with Xoops (user profile), a forum and my English (au secours)... but feel free to test the system!
Don't expect something as fancy as Xoops! The "online sitebuilder" is a flatfile cms with only a guestbook, a poll, a contact form, a galery and 43 content pages and It still needs some work... but have a look at "the big picture".
