(part of) Argentina's Free Software Comunity is using XOOPS

I migrated three websites to XOOPS in the last couple of months:

- LUGAr - Linux Users Group Argentina (http://www.linux.org.ar)
- CaFeLUG - Capital Federal GNU/Linux Users Group (http://www.cafelug.org.ar)
- USUARIA's 1st. Free Software Congress - (http://www.softlibre.org.ar)
Thought of publishing it here in order to encourage developers on keep on writing code.
