They're using a meta-tag (<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=http://www.xoopsum.com/v1/">) in the index.html file in the root.
They have XOOPS not installed in the root but in a sub folder.

Its not even connected to the pages, just script, which increases chars ||| to the 100%, doesnt matter, if the page in the sub folder is loaded..
Well, the question is, who is going to be bothered by programming that for community > for free.
