This looks very strange. I still think that something went wrong upadeting your xoops.
Download the xoops 2.5.9 and overwrite your system module and then update it. It is important that you update the module afterwards.
Please make a Backup before overwriting the files!!

it was the first option,
Now I have a clean installation, and I added the modules in the database
now in https: // all ok.
