Although not strictly necessary for everyone, I have modified this module, to update them better with GUI xoops 2.5.x. Basically not much has changed, except I have added two classes to retrieve the same instance of the class, and use it in different ways even externally.

I added a tab menu import news thus combining this module with the module importnews.

I deleted all the functions including the class adminmenu, now unused.
