Upgrade from XOOPS 2.13 to 2.5?

Before upgrading my system to 2.5 from 2.13, I would like to approach carefully. Should I go directly from 2.13 to 2.5? or need to do something between?

You can do it directly from 2.0.13. Just follow EXACTLY the instruction outlined in the section:
Upgrading from any XOOPS ranging from 2.0.7 to 2.0.13.2 (using the full package)
of the release document

Also, if you use custom templates, you should convert them into files inside your theme folder before upgrading.

Make sure you have the right PHP version, else ugrade to 2.4.5
