Some problems with mydownloads 1.6

Hi friends
We use the old but pretty mydownloads module v1.6 from herve. We have more or less no problems, only one and i cannot remember how was it in the past. If you delete a download with a submitted file, the file will not remove from the mydownloads folder (i create one with chmod 777) in the uploads folder (chmode are ok too). Any suggestion for us, you are welcome.

AFAIK file deletion is not provided. Only the database entry is removed by deletion of the download.
