2.4.4 modules part of setup is blank

Hi everyone, this is my first time trying to use xoops. Looks absolutly brilliant. Unfortunately I'm having some real issues installing though. I can get so far through the install, but when it comes to the module install part of the setup the page is just blank and says..done at the bottom .

I can login to the XOOPS site fine, but when i go to the modules section I get this error. .........
(I'm on Windows Hosting with IIS with my provider, Microsoft Internet Information Services 7.5, and php 5, MySQL 5) . Please could someone heeeellllp meee it's driving me nuts. XOOPS looks brilliant and I'm itching to get it working. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

btw (I don't have access to much because it's shared hosting )
