Modern xoops chat module!

I cant find chat module for XOOPS exept old one and different kind of integrated with google or yahoo. Is there some real "undepended" chat module for xoops, uses secure code?

Many solutions :
• Shoutbox (last version available on xuups.com)
• TDMChat (paid module, available on tdmxoops.net)
• XIM (to test, developed by Culex and someone, see this topic for more information)

Shoutbox won't work without the full Frameworks, and the links for it are dead unfortunately

Thanks but that's the link for Shoutbox.

It's the link for Frameworks that's dead. And Shoutbox needs frameworks

Please install latest shoutbox module. It should work

so there is Frameworks 1.22 (was the whole xoops 2.0x and 2.2x stuff)

then frameworks was added to xoops 2.3, but not everything. and this package Frameworks for Xoops 2.30+ has some added stuff for 2.30+.

shoutbox from xuups should work without downloading Frameworks if you are 2.3+ (i haven't attempted it).

oh the readme file explicitly says to download Frameworks 3.5 (someone would have to ask trabis on why.)

The admin of esxoops.com, Aitor, brings the xoops ajax chat module version 0.83 , this module is multi language and is adapted from the ajax chat 0.83

Unfortunately the Ajax Chat for xoops doesn't work

It adds "Chat" to the left menu

and adds the Ajax Chat to the module list, but there is no configuration. Clickong on the Ajax Chat logo in the module list does nothing and clicking on the "Chat" in the left menu gives an error
