I mess up the center block. Now I have 2 duplicating. Where I can remove or edit. I look under themes but could not find the reference. It shows in any themes.
Located at http://www.liesnomore.net and it is ugly.

System > Blocks > Custom block showed on Top Page or any page

How do I remove the center or edit. I went to system/block but I do not see option to edit or remove the center block

I found the welcome under syste/groups/custom block.
It allow html code so I fixed and works fine.
Well, time for "messing-up" something else.
