I 'm having problem with Mastop Publish module. The visual editor seem not working in the editing content page. The visual editor tools are not displayed. I'm using

Have you tried going into the code of that page and changed 'tinyMCE' to 'tinymce'?

I vaguely remember having some similiar problems due to the case sensitivity of letters.
