Hello,
I installed XOOPS and I left both files and XOOPS xoops_lib data in the server root.
and it gives me two warnings.
to solve this problem I upload the file xoops_lib outside the httpdocs folder and I changed the path in mainefile.php but the result is a blank page that appears. I canceled all to return to the state before, but unfortunately I lost all and I found myself again before the famous white page.

normally, you cannot have two xoops_lib directories at the same time, especially with Protector in it.

So try to delete the one in your "Document Root", and change the "mainfile.php" to reflect the directory to xoops_lib outside the Root Directory.

I am pretty sure that if the only thing that you've done was to copy the xoops_lib outside of the Root Directory, and changing the mainfile.php, then changing again the mainfile.php to point to the xoops_lib in the Rood Directory should get you back to the previous status.
