I was messing around with the template of the XoopsPoll block the other day (which I have on the right of my start page) and noticed that after changing that block my two custom blocks (which are in the center) on the start page) stopped working.

My custom blocks are completely unrelated to XoopsPoll and contain some simple PHP calls to a separate db (and the db works fine, I use it for other pages on the site). Anyone have an idea what might have caused this?

It may depend on the theme. Check once with the default theme or by having them in different columns/places.

Turned out I needed to change the weight of the block that didn't work. Weird.
