I've been reading some interesting stuff from google and how they see future of internet. For them, website content will no longer be locked to it's own site, web content will be modularized, allowing the end user to aggregate information as he/she desires. Kind of what rss feeds do now but taken to a higher level. This seems like an interesting concept, especially if you tie this to firefox's (or is it google?) effort to allow web content to work outside of a browser.
What do you think of this?

Reminds me of a situations eons ago. My boss proudly presented the companys homepage to me (looked like the GUI of MAC 7.1) and he told this is internet. And I thought: so what! This crap will noone use and where are the benefits?

So I do not see the benefits here NOW. Sounds to me like work, but internet is just entertainment, amusement and communication for me. But I guess I will be AGAIN proven wrong.
