Did you look in /modules/news/templates/blocks/news_block_top.html (at the bottom)?

Version is 1.63 and the template is split into two parts. One for tabbed view and one for classical view. I'm using classical view but in that part of the template there isn't even a

in sight. That's why I'm thinking that it must be controlled somewhere else. I'm totally lost.
