I try to install XOOPS 3 times with always the same result.

I follow the tutorial exactly
I didn't create a database beforehand
When I come to the windows related to the Db I give all the information
localhost
user root
no password
database name LSData
-> next
Database is created but XOOPS cannot find any table and ask to create them
-> Ok and next
start to run and after a while (30 sec) it give the following message.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in F:\PhPMySQL\EasyPHP 2.0b1\www\Xoops\class\database\mysqldatabase.php on line 242

I check with phpadmin and the base is created and eleven tables are created.
Well have someone an idea what do I do wrong or where could be the probleme
