I upgraded from 2.0.18 to 2.3.1 but actually the problem exists also with a fresh install of 2.3.1
When creating a custom block (or a block from the MultiMenu module), it ends up completely blank: title and all.
Thanks for the tips, if exist

If it's just MultiMenu, there's a compatible version somewhere, give us a moment and I'll search the forums for you.
