problem with cbb after upgrading to 2.3

I can not see any post on my CBB 3.08 forum after upgrading to XOOPS 2.3
i upgraded cbb to 4.0 but didnt help

i am getting en error

There are a few problems mentioned in the Modules not working with 2.3 topic.

Perhaps there is a post there that can assist.
