if I have already installed by default XOOPS 2.3.0 rc2, as I advise that this change in paragraph 3?:

"3. For security considerations, you are encouraged to move directories xoops_lib (for XOOPS libraries) and xoops_data (for XOOPS data) out of document root, or even change the folder names."

The text should also mention, what to do in the event that these directories are installed in the ww root.
It is not sufficient of making the move. The mainfile.php should also be adapted to reflect the changes done.
And then there is also the rights question for this file.
