User logon in Xoops

hi All

I am using XOOPS 2.0.18.1 and I always get a problem as: users logon into system and XOOPS give them a "Thansk for you logon" but this uses still cannot logon into the system.

Close all in brower and clear history, and re-logon agian, it is ok. But it always appears.

The system inform:

How to fix it?
