Hi

I have two questions:

first: can I allow spesific contry to access to one module and refuse others??
second: is ther any way to refuse duplicate registration from the same IP ? and the page will be reloaded to a spesific module ?

but wher I put the .htaccess file in the module or in root folder ??
and what is the apropriate format to save the code in .htaccess.

still need answer to the second question
