Many other companies who offer services would benefit greatly from a module that dealt with users as clients.

For example, I have a graphic design company. If a client is interested in a logo, the could sign up to get a quote. Once logged in they can view the results of that quote agree with it and we start production. A project would be added such as "Client X's Logo." The user (client) can then login to see the progress of the logo (updated by the design team) and view images and comment to see if its going they way they intended.
