When logged in as webmaster I can see Forums and subForums
When logged in as a registered user or anonymous user, only the Forums is visible but no subforums.
I have played with all the settings under the permission tab, but no luck.

Anyone have this happen?

OOPS....
didn't realize there is a "+" and "-" sign next to the upper level Forum, to expand and collapse.
