Problem using the dreamy theme - Morphogenesis

I've tried to update my site with this new beautiful theme (dreamy of Kris_fr), but the result is this:

I've verified the file theme.html and all seems correct

link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" href="<{xoImgUrl /layout-soup.css}>" />
link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all" title="Blue" href="<{xoImgUrl /style.css}>" />

my XOOPS version is 2.2.5
php 5
server linux

Anyone as an idea?
