Xoops is good for building an information web security and web design portal?!
And what modules are good for this work and you recommande me to use?!

It depends what functionality you want on the website. If you want to have content pages only, you can choose from several modules, like:

- Content module
- Mastop Publish
- Wordpress
- SmartSection

Perhaps a contact form would be useful, in that case you have a look at:

- Formulize module
- Standard contact module with anti-spam hack

There are so many more options. Think about what you functionality you want on the website and then ask yourself what modules can provide this.

If you want to use a module that lists an organisation or site's contacts then take a look at xyp4all..... v1.58 is the latest, I think.
