how to move my news data to another xoop site with new version

hi all i have a website with xoop old version on a server

now i take a new hosting in a new server

i will install the newest xoop version on this server also the new module i will use the new one 1.53

so

how can i move my articles from the old to the new

also i am using the Dbaser module for sounds how can i move my records there from the SQL

Have you tried simply exporting and importing the News tables?

no i did not i am afraid that it will not work
also how can i just export the news tables ?

and i will export just the data without the structure right ?

phpmyadmin can be your best friend if you leave it to. You an export tables or rows, import, etc etc.

If your host hasn't it, simply download it and install, or much easier, look for the phpmyadmin module for XOOPS.
