Unable to Log In at all

My XOOPS site was running for almost 3 years. But until now, we are unable to log in as admin or any user. Can't locate any problem. Any Help! Thanks you! I had replace the user.php file from the original xoops, and still can't fix the problem.

Please check the FAQ section for this problem - use search too - lots of suggestions are made depending on exactly what happens when you 'can't login' - and we really cannot help you without knowing your system destails. If you can't resolve the problem with search please check the read before you post below and give more details before asking for help.
