Admin.php - First time entering Admin Section

Hi,

I am got this msg for the second time (in the past 2 months) when I entered admin section:

"This is your first time to enter the administration section. Press the button below to proceed."

This message wont come again when I click admin control again. The msg itself is not harmful and all of my settings are there.

Just wondering anyone else got the same message? I am using XOOPS 2.0.14.

It occurs when the adminmenu.php file is deleted from the cache directory.
Urging XOOPS to be the Best It Can Be.
