I'm still having the same problem as the original poster as well.
1) I've tried the items noted in the thread you posted as well as the solutions Wizanda (re: renaming a php file and setting editor) has posted.
2) I've uninstalled 3.06, deleted the files, downloaded a fresh copy and reinstalled.
3) I've also deleted the files, downloaded 3.05 and installed and still get the white space issues and inability to administer my forums.
4) I've checked the CBB support forum and found several users reporting the same issue with white pages, one with over 500 views and NO REPLIES. Absolutely amazing....
5) I've used the search function and checked the forums here on the XOOPS site daily for the last two weeks and while I haven't found a solution, I've seen that a lot of people are having this problem.
6) I've installed fckeditor even though I didn't want it to see if that would help. I've moved the files from root to frameworks and back again and finally uninstalled it.
7) I've turned on debug in both XOOPS and in CBB. I get the same report as the original poster. No errors. Nothing to track down and attempt to fix.
8) I've tried the default theme and other themes.
9) I've deleted the cache files before each update. I've updated the module after every change.
10) I've read and re-read the FAQ on white pages and can't find anything applicable since there are no errors.
I'm very frustrated at the moment. A bare-bones base install of XOOPS 2.0.15 and a base install of CBB 3.06 with newest framework refuses to function on the same machine that I have a site running XOOPS 2.2.3 with CBB 2.2 smoothly. Apache is setup properly and I have frequently set up testing sites on this machine successfully for the last several years. I want to downgrade the 2.2.3 site in order to upgrade but I just can't get the plain vanilla forums with an empty database to work for me.
Help?!?!?
