Wierd things that you do...

So I Was At The WHT Forums And Saw A Thread About 'Weird Things That You Do'....

Here are Some of The Weird Things I Do.

* My recycle bin doesnt get emptied until i need the hard disk space
*My computer desktop has to have all the icons hidden
*the volume on my tv has to be at a certain spot. (my tv doesnt have numbers, only bars... like there are 3 bars in a group and it has to be in the middle of a group)
*when i drive.. i get the urge to use the ebrake on the turns.
*when i drive.. i pretend i have a manual.
*when i drive.... i go vrooom vroom
*and when im a passenger.. i too put my foot down when i think the brakes should be applied
*-- and the blind spots too.. when im a passenger. i must look at the blind spots
*when i turn on my computer.. i must have both monitors on
*After waking up.. i gotta turn on my computer.

So What About You Guys/Gals?

- I feel uncomfortable talking on the phone unless I'm walking around.

- I always buy 2 of every thing i get at the grocery store

- I hardly ever remember the first few minutes after waking up. My first memory of the day is usually standing in the shower.

- you don't talk to me in the morning unless I have my coffee first (of course xoopsers are excused as you don't make any noise and I can switch you off if I want)

- I get all stressed and worried when I am late for an appointment - hate that; I go a bit stir crazy

-I like being at work half an hour early - for another coffee and to get my bearings for the day

-I can't just sit and watch TV - got to be doing something - so there's a book, magazine or some craftwork around my TV chair ALL the time - or i do it by long distance - sit at the computer and look through the door to the TV when it has 5 minutes of something worth watching

-I am the only one in my workplace( a school) that refuses to carry books from my desk to the classroom - I have a trolley that looks like a tea trolley and i push it around. (lucky i don't have classes above ground level)

-see my avatar...that is current reality - and scary...my car looks like that from the back when my daughter is driving!


-I love country music and wish I had time to go back to line dancing

- I die in my dreams. (Not in the creepy sorta way, Like if I dream that something bad happens to me, I usually die. Wake up after that, and tell me how much you appreciate life. )

- I shower constantly.

- I smoke, but constantly talk about quitting.

- I buy new socks every other week.

I can relate to that...but I constantly refuse to even think about quitting - too depressed already - thats way too scary to even contemplate -

I'm just a regular Joe with a regular job.

Maybe they're right when they tell me I'm wrong...

I always make sure to have enough supplies of cigarettes and coffee...i always forget to buy lighteners for cigarettes and sugar for the coffee and most of the times I'm forced to go out at 3 in the morning to get them,
I'm so terrified of driving that i don't even know how to start the car (except the key in the ignition part)
I never access websites just out of curiosity
I don't like to see more than the recycle bin on my desktop
I wear more clothes than everyone i know when getting out cause of the fear of being cold as "i rather don't know what to do to get cooler than to don't have what to do to get warmer"
I can take it very well if one makes fun or insults me...I go insane if one says anything bad about my cat

I won't turn out the light in my studio unless the computers are switched off or have gone to sleep.

I really need to talk to someone about that...

Weird things that I do...

- being here a saturday midnight writing this.

- I can't calculate the space of the door or an entrance, I am always ending up with a hurt shoulder or pain in the part of the elbow where it hurts alot

- I can listen to one music album or group in repeat mode all week...maybe more

- the computer HAS TO BE always on and connected to the web 24 hrs a day, I'll be desperate if it isn't.

- One day sitting at the bar of a restaurant (of my native city), the bar tender asks me where are you from you're not from here are you? --- I answer: No. ---He then says where are you from then? ---...for some strange reason I don't why I answered that ...where else could I be from anyways ... I think at that moment I thought my native place was cyberspace or something like that (at that precise instant when he asked that I was thinking of all the crazy things that happen in XOOPS forums), it was crazy anyways, I could have easily said I was from XOOPS, lol, my mind is usually some place far away.

- I can spend days without looking at myself at the mirror or having an "outloud" conversation with someone ...when this happens looking at myself or hearing the sound of my voice seems strange.
