Good morning all.

I need to pick your brains.

We got our internet through a company but changed to another, using the same aerial. We have internet and can access all sites except our website and our hosts website. We contacted our hosts yesterday and they say that everything is ok. We contacted other people we know to go on our website using their computers and they have no problem, so the website is there. The guy from our internet provider say that downloading our site is very slow but they can access it. We have checked our IP address on whois.domaintools.com and it says that our address is currently listed on the black list. We have no idea why. We have had this address for 2 days and up until yest morning everything was fine.

Has anybody got any idea what the problem may be? We have tried through internet browser, Mozilla, Opera but no luck. We can not access our emails as it is conected through our website.

I really need your help and thank you in advance for any info you can give.

Your site loads fine, your site is not blacklisted according to the who-is search i did, and your site is not XOOPS related so please refrain from having us hit visit your site with these claims.

That was not my intention at all so if you could remove the site from my message I would appreciate it. I just need help and wanted to include as much info as I could as we are not getting any answers from our host or internet provider. I am no computer expert and am at a loss as to what we can do.

Just to add, it's the new IP address we have been given that is black listed not our site, thank goodness. This is the info I have been given.
