need a theme ported

I have a theme that was made for php-nuke, i would like to use it on my XOOPS 2.0.14 site. But I am unsure how to convert it over to XOOPS form. can anyone help we do this or point me in the right direction. The theme is wowalliance2 from portalthemes, i asked if their themes will work on XOOPS and they said that they have not ported them over as of yet. Thank you in advance.
