Not able to install Forum

I want to install a forum but did not able to find a forum mod which is compatible with my version of Xoops.Pls help me to find one and pls tell me the steps which I must do to install that even it come eith a installetion not,pls provide me the simple steps to upload the mod. My board locate in /main directory.Here is some nessesary information:-

XOOPS Version:2.2.3a-Final

PHP Version:5.1.5
MySQL Version:5.0.24-standard
Web Server Software (Apache/IIS/Other):Apache
Operating System:Linux
Theme you are using:corrently defoult theme
Custom template: no
PHP Debug Messages:not any
MySQL Debug Messages:not any
Smarty Debug Messages:not any
A full description of the issue:Want to install a forum software which is compatible with my version.

I can't recomend a specific module (as you are using 2.2.3a) but once again direct you to the FAQ section - this time to modules, and again the admin manual in documentation. You will find in the FAQ/modules links to some wonderful tutorials on mdoule installation for which generaly the concept is the same reagrdless of the version you are using. HTH

I want to use CBB 2.32 Can you tell me where should i upload the mod.I priviusly upload it under module folder but it would not work.May be I miss some thing,will you provide me the steps which will help me to install that module.

First...go here and scroll down to xxops tutorials and click on 'module deployment'. This will take you through it step by step. Second, read the 'read me' in your download. there may be specific other instructions in there. Goodluck!

The better version is Xoops CBB 3.05, which can be found at dev.xoops.org

whoops - I mean CBB 3.05

I didnot find the latest version can you provide the whole link instead of the site name.

CBB can be found by using the Search box on dev.xoops org - or by using the "Latest Development Project News" link on the home page...

Sorry, I mean CBB 3.05 - there is no such thing as XOOPS 3.05
