I would like an Islamic theme, preferably in a light blue for colors, yeah light blue white and or gray nothing dark or really bright like yellow. Thanks

If you visit one of the custom theme designing sites - such as www.xoopsdesign.com - they may be able to design a suitable one for a small fee for you.

blueshine was just updated yesterday and it's free from xoopsdesign.com, we make free themes too and support them in our forums
