Theme Colors Clash with newbb2. Dark words on Dark Background

Hi i am currently building a webpage with (with great help from XOOPS). I recently found a theme i really like, the 02a Blue --Shine theme. However, when i go to the newbb2 Forums the words and backgrounds are dark. Currently i have not yet started hosting the site on the internet.

Here is a picture.

The words forum/topics/posts/last post are barely visible at all.

Same with welcome. I can change welcomes color but not without changing the color of forum rules/advanced search/bob. Is there a way to just change the color of welcome?

I wish for the words to be white on top of the dark blue background like category and event in:

I dont know very much CSS at all. The CSS (changed to text file for upload) is :http://www.geocities.com/wiggly757/style.txt

I'll fix this, update it for XOOPS 2.0.14, and make some small changes to it that I don't like of it and reupload it to xoopsdesign.com in a couple of hours.

the makeover to blueshine has been finished, great part of it was redone and it's looking a whole lot better. the bad news is that the xoopsdesign.com server will not be up again until, if all goes well, this afternoon; so I have no where to upload it, so Dubya, if you pm your email I can email it to you.

it was written here a hundred times - why don't you use a MF and developer tool? It's really useful, and powerful extension. With it U will solve the problem in a minute!
