CBB 3.04 Silly Error

i just installed cbb 3.04 but i can't create new category and new forum for my cbb. i got this message "Database Error". so, what should i do?

Did you get any error msg during installation?
Use phpmyadmin to check/repair your tables.

how to check/repair my sql table?
could i overwrite and update this module?

What did you use to access and set up your sql tables? Most of the time you would use phpMyAdmin which is usually what hosting sites have set up.

yeah, my host using phpMyAdmin version 2.8.0.2. i don't know step by step how to repair it coz i just install the module using ftp client so i don't disturb any sql before. hope further detail.

If you host offers Cpanel - log in to your Cpanel and click on the phpMyAdmin - you should be able to simply click on a 'chack and repair database' (from memory)HTH

I got this warning.


Problems with indexes of table `xoops_bb_posts`
More than one INDEX key was created for column `topic_id`

Problems with indexes of table `xoops_bb_topics`
PRIMARY and INDEX keys should not both be set for column `topic_id

for info, i not configure anything yet my cbb, i just upgrade it from fresh newbb that come wif XOOPS 2.0.13.1. so i not create any category or forum yet.

problem solved.

just commented out the line 209 in admin_cat_manager.php

//$fc->setVar('cat_url', @$_POST['sponurl']);
