Problem with newbb date format

I must be missing something obvious but have given up and am requesting some help.

I am using newbb 2.02 for my forum and I am having a problem with the date format being displayed. It shows up looking like this:

_JunESun11151295918JunSunPMPDTEthPDTR1N21

Some other info about my setup
- XOOPS version 2.0.13
- Theme is Cleanblue

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

You can try a search on Date format - I am sure there have been questions about this before...but better yet update to the newste version -now called CBB I think. Somone will correct me if i am wrong
