this module is very useful to show all new items from modules in the site.
but it doest have some improtant module as a plugin like xcgal and xoopspoll.

is there anyone create them?

It was in the repository (version 2.02). but the latest version is 2.03 . got it from Dev.Xoops.Org : What's New Module

And its got some nice documentation on how to create your own plugin.
